RIAdvisory is pleased to announce that it has advised ADK Global, the international communications network headquartered in Japan, on its acquisition of Rage Communications Pvt.Ltd., a leading digital marketing services agency headquartered in Chennai, India, with operations across Singapore, Australia and the UK.
ADK Global was in the process of strengthening its digital services and extending its digital footprint across APAC, and in this quest approached RIA in 2019 to assist it in identifying and connecting with the leading digital players in India, which is a key market for them.
